Breguet’s financial support made it possible to restore and reopen the Petit Trianon domain to the general public. Today, serenity and dreamlike atmosphere of the estate is an enchanting site to visit. Marie-Antoinette was reputed for her love of beautiful objects. She enjoyed Nature and gardens, flowers, pastel colors and the cool summer atmosphere of the various pavilions forming her estate. In salute to feminine elegance, Breguet Haute Joaillerie premieres two new collections inspired by Queen Marie-Antoinette’s Petit Trianon royal estate: LE PETIT TRIANON and LA ROSE DE LA REINE. Breguet Joaillerie expands its REINE DE NAPLES collection with a gemstone ring collection. Finally, Breguet Joaillerie expands its MARINE collection with cufflinks that feature Breguet's signature case fluting.
LE PETIT TRIANON
Composed of a necklace, a bracelet, a ring, earclips and a matching wristwatch, LE PETIT TRIANON evokes the estate of the same name, situated on the grounds of the Palais de Versailles. A stunning emerald-cut diamond centerpiece sums up the discreet splendor of the Petit Trianon itself, Marie-Antoinette’s beloved refuge from the constraints of court life, gracefully linked by bows set with princess-cut diamonds to a dazzling diamond rivière meant to recall the glory of Versailles.

The wristwatch's diamond-set case houses a caliber 586 self-winding mechanical movement. Set with a striking emerald-cut diamond, its attachments to the black satin strap provide dazzling functional linkage.

LA ROSE DE LA REINE
The most recent Breguet jewellery set is totally steeped in the charmed universe of Marie-Antoinette. With her every portrait proclaiming her abiding love of roses and of pearls, all depict her with at least one of these fetish-like accessories. Pearls only retain their iridescent hues and lustrous beauty when worn on the skin. LA ROSE DE LA REINE jewellery set embodies the queen’s world reborn in a contemporary design. The set’s main motif is a cameo rose with accompanying diamond bow.
The Akoya pearl neck chain comes with a brooch featuring a cameo rosebud enhanced with a diamond-set bow, worn either on the neck chain or as an independent piece of jewellery.
La Rose de La Reine Sautoir
A traditional southern Italian specialty, cameos are crafted by relief engraving various kinds of seashells to bring to light their underlying brown and ocher hues, giving each one its unique personality.

REINE DE NAPLES
Breguet’s REINE DE NAPLES ring collection broadens its appeal with a minimalist design accenting the main gemstone. Here, two ovoid gold rings support a superb emerald-cut gemstone. Like its older sisters, this new entry is available in a choice of colors – from the green of peridot to the pink of morganite, not to mention amethyst, aquamarine, rhodolite garnet and of course diamond’s dazzling fires.

MARINE
Men have their own treats this year. They can for instance select new cufflinks to match the MARINE watch line. Launched last year, the first MARINE cufflinks feature the Clou-de-Paris pattern of the rubber watch strap. This year, this same pattern is back in white gold with a white rubber inlay and in pink gold with a chocolate-brown inlay. Measuring 18 millimeters across, MARINE cufflinks naturally feature Breguet’s signature fluting.
