先慰问一下楼主，你的措辞比我讲究多了，我直接说I'm unhappy [s:101]  因为本来也没当回事，如果被拒绝了，我就继续说说这种情况无法容忍，我要继续投诉诸如此类的话，本意是探探客服的底线，结果没用上。客服也说他们有政策，但此次例外，我觉得是不是因为这次降价太多了，所以例外了，楼主的7美元还属于他说的regularLy  change

换个客服继续要，要表现的气愤点。。。如果不退继续换客服，要到为止。。我是换了第二个爽快的给退了，第一个死活说帮不上忙

楼上退的差价是不是都在20刀以上呢，我今天去要求退差价，人家客服是这么解释的。

Roshan:I have checked and found that, the price has been changed for the item, however I would like to explain you that, we do price match for an item if changed $20.00 and above with in a week after placing the order and it is already two months passed from the date of order placed, I am sorry, we are unable to match the price now.
